Ok so number 2 in the prospect's priority list is once again....YOU. People join people. They do not join companies. When you get a new job you're not tossed out into the field on your own...You NEED coaching and leadership before you can achieve any success...it's pretty much the same here...People need to know whether they can do this or not.
