The Blue Personality

Hi again all. Today I'm focusing on the Blues.
These people make up about 15% of the population and and open and direct with their feelings. The most direct people on earth. If they love you they WILL tell you so. If the blue were an animal they would be a monkey, a dolphin or a cat. Their motto is Let's have fun. Where's the party?
If you go driving with the Blue you'll notice instantly. They always break the law and they drive very very fast. They drive at 65mph in a 55 mph zone.
They dress very stylishly and they are flamboyant. They walk at the speed of light and always talk very excitingly and quickly.
Everything they do is fun fun fun. They hate anything slow and not exciting. They are VERY creative...They are actors, musicians, writers...anything creative and fun. These people will join your business in an instant with little or no information but they may not do a thing to build it at first. They may join because it seemed like fun at the time. They are bubbly, the life of the party. They eat quickly but they're the last to order because they can't stop talking.
Their strengths: They are excellent promoters. They can put you in contact with some awesome people.
Their weaknesses: They are terribly disorganised. Poor on follow up.
How do you build a relationship with them? Focus on bridging their weaknesses. SHow a blue how to set up an autoresponder because they have no follow up skills period. This will change their lives and you'll create a lifelong income partner.

It's a People Business...So Study People

Hi all,
I must apologise for the recent lack of posts to the blog. It's been a very busy few days/weeks for me. I was spread between the birth of my son and my brother's wedding. I'm level-headed once more so here goes.
If you're in the ice-cream business, you must strive to make the best possible quality and flavor ice-cream. If you're in the beer business, your products must be the best. Network marketing is a people business so what do you study? Most folks will say they study the best products or the company with the best ratings for growth. Both answers are understandable but NOT the best at all. Network marketing is a PEOPLE business. People DO NOT join companies. They join PEOPLE. Therefore it makes sense to study people doesn't it? I've learnt this among many other facts from my mentor, Michael Dlouhy. He's been in networking for over 28 years now and we're currently building the largest organisation in the history of networking...but that's another story.
PEOPLE.
There are 4 basic personality types that people fit into. This is a subject that has been studied for centuries...even as far back as 400 BC. Some described the personalities as feeler, senser, thinker and intuitive. Others said, sanguine, melancholic, choleric and some other "freaky" word that's too difficult to remember. My mentor has taught me this in the simplest of terms...colors. Yellow, Blue, Green and Red. It's much easier to remember colors than it is to remember words as stated above.I'll take it one color at a time.
YELLOW
These people make up 35% of the population and they are open and indirect with their feelings. If they were animals, they'd be a koala bear, a turtle or Bambi. They are the natural born nurturer and they think about everyone else BEFORE themselves.
These are very comfortable people and they walk at a relaxed rate with a smile on their faces. They wear comfortable Birkenstock sandals and their handshake is warm. These people are the safest drivers on the planet and they always stop to let the other driver pass by from an intersection. They will always drive at 45mph where the speed limit is 55mph. These people like change but they do not like sudden change. Don't think you're just gonna get them into your business tonight or tomorrow.
There motto is LET'S BE FRIENDS. They use words like teamwork and friendship.
When you're talking with them, NEVER focus on money. Focus on family and friendship. That's how to build a strong relationship with them. Remember network marketing is a relationship business so you MUST learn how to build great relationships in this business if you intend to succeed.
